We are in the Manufacturing Infrastructure business. We are building the digital infrastructure that helps entrepreneurs discover verified manufacturers, build trust through video, source machinery, and start manufacturing businesses.

The Market

We are starting with India, helping MSMEs source machinery and supporting the Make in India initiative. Once we establish a strong presence, we will expand into Africa, followed by Russia & the CIS, and later Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. These regions share a common need for trusted manufacturing partners, industrial machinery, and reliable cross-border sourcing, making them natural growth markets for SeekFactory.

SALES EXECUTIVE:

Sales executive main role is to call Indian Import/export customers/clients who want to procure chemicals from other countries and export medicines to other countries.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Report to Head of Sales and sourcing and give demand of products to get best pricings.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and matching prices.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English/Hindi
  • Workable knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
