The Team
Michael Deskis is CEO and founder
of Inflexis, where he is defining a new category of AI-native execution
platforms that transform complex enterprise workflows into scalable,
revenue-generating systems. He has a repeatable track record of creating and
monetizing businesses, including founding a training company that was
successfully acquired and building a data forensics training business that
generated over $500K in federal revenue. He also launched an enterprise mobile
applications firm, raising early-stage capital to develop a peer-to-peer
communication and charitable giving platform using offshore development teams.
At Pricefx, he architected an AI-powered knowledge ecosystem that increased
user utilization by over 700% while tripling the content footprint, turning
knowledge into a core driver of onboarding, engagement, and expansion. He also
designed and scaled a SaaS developer certification program that certified 350+
professionals and generated $1.5M in revenue within four years, accelerating
product adoption and ecosystem growth. In parallel, he built end-to-end AI
automation across the support lifecycle, reducing support costs by 18% and
improving resolution times by 35% while increasing engineering productivity and
enabling support deflection at scale. His work consistently connects AI,
product, and go-to-market execution to measurable business outcomes, improving
unit economics and driving scalable growth. He builds systems that turn
complexity into compounding enterprise value.
Kelly Pronek is Chief Revenue
Officer at Inflexis, where she is architecting a high-efficiency, AI-native
go-to-market system that converts demand into predictable revenue and
establishes the commercial model for the category. She played a key role in
scaling Pricefx from $15M to $89M ARR by architecting the demand generation and
sales enablement engine that produced 72% of pipeline (vs. a 40% industry
benchmark) and consistently converted it into predictable revenue growth. She
built the company’s business development and demand engine from the ground up
and later unified RevOps, improving CRM compliance from 45% to 80% and
increasing pipeline velocity by 10%, establishing the data foundation required
for scalable execution. Earlier, at Sasser, she led GTM transformation across
seven subsidiaries, driving portfolio growth from $143M to $372M and achieving
a 7x increase in asset value. Kelly specializes in building lean,
high-performance revenue systems that align marketing, sales, and operations to
drive efficient growth. At Inflexis, she is applying this approach from day
one—leveraging AI and modern tooling to build a scalable revenue engine that
outperforms traditional, headcount-heavy GTM models.
Bryan Shaw is Chief Technology
Officer and Founding Partner at Inflexis, where he is building the core
AI-driven platform that standardizes and automates complex enterprise
execution, defining how the category is deployed and scaled. With over 20 years
of experience building and scaling enterprise systems, he has a track record of
delivering repeatable, high-impact solutions across multiple industries. At
Inflexis, he designed a multi-tenant AI platform that reduces traditional 6–12
month implementations into accelerated deployment cycles, enabling 35–50%
operational efficiency gains and 60–70% faster time-to-value across industries
including legal, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Earlier, at
E&F Legal Productions, he built a jury selection intelligence platform that
reduced preparation time by 90% and enabled real-time analysis of discovery
materials, creating a scalable competitive advantage for trial teams. He later
founded Trial IT Services, scaling these systems into a profitable consulting
practice serving multiple law firms. His work focuses on transforming complex
workflows into automated, governed systems that reduce cost, improve execution
speed, and enable better decision-making. He builds platforms designed to scale
efficiently while delivering measurable ROI in enterprise environments.
Jimmy Mowry is Chief Marketing
Officer at Inflexis, where he is building a data-driven demand and pipeline
generation system that defines how the category is positioned, adopted, and
scaled across enterprise markets. He owns the development of a full-funnel
growth engine that converts brand, content, and demand into measurable
pipeline, improving conversion efficiency and enabling predictable revenue
generation alongside sales. He played a key role in leading global marketing
efforts for the 2022 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, driving a 12x
increase in YouTube subscribers pre-event and an additional 5x surge during the
competition, while generating 80,000 new followers and over 4 million
engagements across digital channels. At Texas Dairy Queen, he partnered with
operations and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns that increased
sales during a QSR downturn and supported the launch of a mobile app across 570
locations, improving customer engagement, loyalty, and digital ordering. Across
roles, Jimmy consistently translates brand and creative strategy into
measurable growth, optimizing acquisition channels and improving efficiency
across the funnel. At Inflexis, he is aligning marketing with product and
revenue teams to drive pipeline velocity, improve CAC efficiency, and build a
scalable demand engine that supports efficient, repeatable growth.
Rusty Justice is Chief Financial
Officer at Inflexis, where he is establishing the capital and operating model
that enables the category to scale efficiently, balancing growth, discipline,
and long-term value creation. He specializes in aligning cost structures to
revenue, building resilient financial systems, and enabling sustained,
margin-preserving growth without excess overhead. Over his tenure, he was
instrumental in scaling revenue from ~$4–5M to $35M+ (~700%), achieved
primarily through disciplined operations and organic expansion while avoiding
reliance on external equity. He built and led lean, high-output financial
infrastructure, scaling the accounting function from 2 to 5 employees while
supporting a significantly larger and more complex organization, and drove the
transition from legacy terminal-based systems to modern, automated environments
that improved reporting accuracy and operational leverage. Rusty has structured
and secured 20+ operating and real estate loans, including multiple financings
exceeding $3M, establishing long-term banking relationships and consistent
access to non-dilutive capital. He brings a systems-driven, strategically
grounded approach to financial leadership, focused on operational efficiency,
downside protection, and durable, capital-efficient scaling.
Growth Roadmap
Inflexis is executing a three-phase growth strategy designed to establish AIXaaS™ (AI Execution as a Service) as the leading enterprise AI execution platform for the underserved mid-market. During the first 12 months, the company will complete commercialization of the AIXaaS™ platform and Nexus™ solution portfolio, launch five industry-specific AI execution solutions built on reusable implementation patterns, secure 10–15 enterprise customers, establish a national partner ecosystem, convert pilot engagements and Letters of Intent into recurring SaaS contracts, and implement a repeatable customer acquisition and delivery model. These milestones are expected to produce initial Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), validate product-market fit, establish reference customers, and demonstrate a proven commercialization strategy.
During months 12–24, Inflexis will accelerate growth through partner-led delivery, reusable industry solutions, and customer expansion. The company plans to scale to more than 50 enterprise customers, grow ARR to $3–5 million, launch the Inflexis AI Marketplace, expand its partner ecosystem, and increase platform adoption across additional departments and AI use cases. These initiatives are designed to generate predictable recurring revenue, strengthen customer retention, lower customer acquisition costs through partners, and validate the scalability of the business model.
During months 24–36, Inflexis will focus on category leadership and enterprise scale by exceeding $10 million in ARR, expanding nationally and selectively into international markets, delivering a comprehensive portfolio of industry-specific AI solutions, advancing autonomous AI capabilities, and growing the partner ecosystem into a primary revenue channel. The expected outcome is a high-margin recurring SaaS business with strong customer lifetime value and positioning for Series B financing or strategic growth opportunities.
The $7 million Seed investment provides approximately 24 months of operating runway to achieve these milestones and accelerate commercialization, customer acquisition, and platform expansion. By combining governance-first architecture, reusable industry solutions, and a partner-driven ecosystem, Inflexis is building the category-defining AI Execution as a Service platform, creating durable competitive advantages, multiple recurring revenue streams, and long-term value for customers, partners, and investors.
