The Business
This type of business has very little overhead costs. Owners would bring their own food. At the moment, the clinic has 9 large kennels and 7 small dog kennels. Also 2 cat kennels. If booked on just a weekend(3 nights) , @ $25 per night, it would bring in $1350.00. That doesn't include long term boarders or income brought in by baths/nails
The Market
There is a high demand for this in my town. There are clients who drove 1-2 hours away just to board at a true boarding facility.

I would purchase the building which is already set up for boarding. hire 1 part time employee.
I would purchase the clinic building which is already set up for boarding, baths, and nails. I would need to add outdoor fencing and additional kennels to meet the demand of my area. Add amenities that are not available in our area.
